RadialOS is operated from New Zealand. Business details are listed in the site footer. Notices, legal questions, and account questions should be sent to support@radialos.org.

By creating an account, buying a license, downloading RadialOS, activating RadialOS, or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use RadialOS.

RadialOS is desktop software and an account service for launching Ableton Live plug-ins, devices, and workflow shortcuts through a radial interface. RadialOS depends on third-party software, operating systems, plug-in formats, and user configuration. RadialOS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ableton.

You need an account to purchase, manage, and activate a RadialOS license. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account. If you cannot lawfully manage an account, purchase, or license in your own name, a parent or guardian should help you.

A paid RadialOS license gives you a personal, non-transferable right to install and use RadialOS on the number of devices shown in your account. The current lifetime license supports up to two active devices unless your account says otherwise. If an account goes over its device limit, older activations may be removed automatically so the newest allowed devices remain active. Lifetime means a non-expiring license for supported RadialOS versions while RadialOS is offered and technically and legally able to operate; it does not guarantee lifetime support, lifetime updates, or compatibility with every future Ableton, operating system, hardware, or plug-in change.

You may not resell, share, sublicense, rent, reverse engineer, bypass activation, interfere with license checks, use RadialOS to break the law, or attempt to access accounts, licenses, systems, or data that do not belong to you.

RadialOS, including its software, interface, website, branding, documentation, license systems, and related materials, is owned by RadialOS or its licensors. These terms give you permission to use RadialOS; they do not transfer ownership of RadialOS or any intellectual property rights to you.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices, taxes, currency conversion, payment method availability, and checkout handling may depend on Stripe and your location. Your license is attached to your account after successful checkout and payment confirmation.

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

We may update RadialOS to add features, fix bugs, improve compatibility, or change activation behavior. We aim to keep the website, activation service, and account portal available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We do not promise a fixed support period, update schedule, or compatibility window unless we expressly say so in writing or applicable law requires it.

RadialOS relies on Ableton Live, operating systems, plug-in formats, file locations, accessibility permissions, security settings, and other third-party behavior that we do not control. If Ableton, an operating system, a plug-in vendor, a platform owner, or another third party changes, restricts, removes, blocks, or prohibits behavior that RadialOS depends on, RadialOS may stop working in whole or in part. We may try to provide a fix, workaround, update, replacement feature, or guidance, but we do not guarantee that every third-party change can be resolved. If continued operation becomes technically impractical, unsafe, unlawful, or prohibited by a relevant third-party platform or rights holder, we may modify, suspend, or discontinue affected features or the product, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts, downloads, licenses, activation, or support if we reasonably believe there is fraud, chargeback abuse, license sharing, payment failure, security risk, attempts to bypass activation, breach of these terms, or unlawful use. Where practical, we may provide notice or a chance to resolve the issue, but we may act immediately to protect RadialOS, users, payment systems, or legal compliance.

Support is available through the support page and by email at support@radialos.org. We will try to help to the best of our ability, but support availability, response times, fixes, and workarounds may vary.

RadialOS is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties that RadialOS will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every system, compatible with every future Ableton version, or suitable for every workflow. Your statutory consumer rights are not excluded where they cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, RadialOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for RadialOS unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If you have a dispute, contact us first at support@radialos.org so we can try to resolve it informally. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction, unless another law applies and cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms as RadialOS changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
